What are you most proud of in your Lesson 2 Presentation and why?
I am proud of finishing with having said everything I had to explain about my senior project. I am proud that my activity was fun and engaged the audience as well as reflecting my 1st thesis sentence answer.

b. Explain why you deserve that grade using evidence from the Lesson 2 component contract.
I feel like I deserve this grade because I made all the P Requisites. I had a nice and visible EQ poster with a flower arrangement and chocolate covered strawberries. I had an engaging activity which was related to my project and mentorship and gave insights to the audience on what I do at my mentorship on a daily basis. I know my speech was fast paced but I asked for reflections and the audience said they could still understand what I was saying.
3. What worked for you in your Lesson 2?
My activity and prezi where on theme of time and it was presented in an organized manner so the audience could follow along.
4. What didn't work? If you had a time machine, what would you have done differently to improve your Lesson 2?
Talk slowly and take a few breaks.

What do you think your answer #2 is going to be?
Improve relationship between owner-manager and employees.
